CAMHS provides outpatient and some community mental health assessments, consultation, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment for pre-schoolers, children/tamariki & adolescents/rangatahi and their families/whānau who are experiencing serious mental health difficulties. Following assessments, Child, Adolescent and Family negotiate with families and whānau what therapy and other supports may look like. CAMHS are a family based service who provide family therapy as well as offering individual therapy. Co-Existing Disorder
